“Be cool in school-live every rule.”

Mr. Haymore

This quote means that we should follow the rules in order to be cool. Some people think that it’s the “trend” to do the opposite as what the rules say in order to be cool. In high school it’s hard to fit in and do the right thing because of the constant criticism one may get from their fellow classmates. We are all too focused on what others will say about us instead of focusing on what is good. We are to focused no saving are “image” or “reputation” that we ignore the rules and do what is wrong. By following the rules you will be cool because you will be the only one doing it meanwhile everyone else is choosing the wrong. Choose the right!

“The best recreation is to do good.”
William Penn

This quote means that we should all be doing well all the time. The best thing we can do is be good to one another. A lot of positive things can come out from being good. Being negative can bring bad things to your life. Its way more easier being good than being bad.

“Don’t sacrifice what you want most for what you want now. Write down what you want most and see it often.”
Peter Vidmar

This quote means that you should write down your goal and reflect on them every day. If you want something write it down. Your goals should be something that you will get in time. Don’t try to do them all at one. You can run before you walk. Take things easy right now and work hard for them. Write them down in a journal or something and look at them every single day. That will give you what you need in order to keep going and reach those goals. In due time you will get to your goal.

“A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches.”
Proverbs 22:1

A good name is a way better thing than having riches. A good name is the only thing that can bring you happiness. Riches may bring you some happiness but, not enough to satisfy you. Knowing that everyone knows you because of your good name brings you satisfaction. For example, if you help others out, don’t say bad words, and do well, people will know you for that and respect you for that. By doing those things you are making a good name for yourself. Having a good name is a valuable thing.

“A good name is better than anything than you can achieve in this life.”

Coach K
Mike Krzyzewski

This quote means that your name has to be good, meaning that you have to be good as a person. The way you portray yourself to other is how they will remember you. When they say your name, the first thing that is going to pop into their head is the type of person you are. Setting a good rep about your name is the greatest thing you can achieve in your life. Nothing is greater than that. For example, if you party and do drugs and go around, you will be known for that and when people hear your name that is what they think. If you help others out, volunteer, are nice to people then you will be setting a good rep for yourself and that is how everyone will know you. There is nothing better than having a good name.

Noemi Trigueros
A CTR person is a person who chooses the right. That person decides to do good. They don't do drugs, drink alcohol, go out and do illegal stuff, or anything bad.  They stay on the good path and are obedient. They know that if they CTR, good things will come to them and wont be in trouble. To many people it is hard to CTR but sooner or later they will choose the right.

Reflection:
I would like to get a job in this field. It is very interesting. I've watched a lot of shows on things like this. For example, CSI, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Without a Trace, etc. I know that these jobs aren't exactly the same as the show but they are similar. I've always wanted to be a detective and that just might be what i pursue a career in.

“You can’t put a limit on anything. The more you dream, the farther you get. No matter what you set your imagination to, anything can happen.”
Michael Phelps

22 Olympic Medals (18 Gold)

You can’t limit everything on yourself. The more you dream the farther you get meaning that you should always strive for more. If you truly believe in something you should go out and get it. Nothing is impossible. For example, I have had the privilege to work in many dance productions. I never imagined that I, a high school student, would one day be dancing surrounded by professionals. If you set your mind to it, whatever it is, you will achieve it and beyond it. Don’t sell yourself short. Go for the gold!

“Goal setting is goal getting. Set and get.”

Mark Victor Hansen

This quote means that once you set your goal, you have to go out and get it. You can’t just set a goal and plan to never accomplish it. That is not the purpose of a goal. The purpose of a goal is for you to get things done and to achieve what you want to. Your goals are the motivation in itself. For example, one of my goals is to graduate high school. To go get my goal I will do whatever it takes and get the grades to graduate. I’m going for my goal. That is my motivation.
